Oakland Raiders- Experts predict 5.5 wins
Call me crazy, but I have a feeling the Raaaiddders may be the surprise team of the NFL this year. The bar is set low at 5.5 wins, and they play in the AFC west, so they do have that on their side, but looking at some of the talent on the offensive side of the ball they may be able to put up some points this year. Everything this year points to JaMarcus Russell, if he plays well, the Raiders will be close to .500. They have some studs in the back field in Darren McFadden who showed signs of briallance at times last year, and Justin Fargas. If the offensive line can open up some holes for the running backs, and give Russell some time on playaction, Oakland Raider football may actually work throwing the long ball down the field with the speed of Javon Walker and rookie Darrius Heyward-Bey.
