Notre Dame Fighting Irish today fired head football coach Charlie Weis after 5 years of coaching the ball club. Weis during his tenure had a record of 45-38, but did not post a winning season for the past three years.
So who does the Irish turn too? Bob Stoops has already stated that he is staying with the Sooners. Some of the candidates could be Jon Gruden, Chip Kelly, Urban Meyer,Kirk Ferentz and Mike Shanahan.
