USC Trojans(-7) vs. Boston College Eagles
Boston College is playing in the Emerald Bowl because they beat the teams they should have beaten. When it came to them playing teams that were ranked in the top 25 or close to the top 25 their only win was Florida State, and you could debate how good the Seminoles are. B.C was blown out of the water vs. North Carolina, VA Tech, and Clemson this year. They are playing USC one of the best teams of the decade who in every possible position on the field out match the Eagles. Not to mention Pete Carroll as the head coach. When he has more than 2 weeks to prepare for a game he doesn’t lose. One thing that worries me in this game is distractions for USC. USC star running back Joe McKnight and a possibly the NCAA looking into an SUV incident, USC coming into this game not playing lights out during the stretch, and the disappointment of them playing in the Emerald Bowl. With all of that being said, this is USC, they do have Pete Carroll, they are playing an inferior team, and the game is in California. USC wins, and wins big. This is easy money to pay off some of the Holiday Shopping bills.
